Saturdays & Sundays: $85 per person for a half-day sailing kayak tour and $170 for a full-day tour, which includes a box lunch. For groups of four people, the weekend price for sailing kayak excursions will be $75 per person for a half-day and $160 per person for a full-day (includes lunch).

Monday Evening Special: In May, June, July, August, and September, there will be a special 90-minute sailing kayak excursion in the Sassafras River from 7-8:30 p.m. and the cost will be $45 per person.

Weekdays: $195 for a full-day private sailing lesson. For a semi-private sailing lesson, the fee is $150 per person. The weekend fee will be $200 for a full-day private sailing lesson. For a semi private sailing lesson, the weekend fee is $160 per person.
